Pro Mobility verfolgte das Ziel, qualifizierende Mobilität (= längerfristige Mobilitätsaufenthalte zum Erwerb von fachlichen Kompetenzen, die als integrale Bestandteile der Qualifikation im Inland anerkannt werden) als Teil der Internationalisierungsstrategie der beruflichen Erstausbildung zu forcieren. Zwei Plattformen dienten der Unterstützung des Projektzieles: Die Stakeholder-Plattform, in der Vertreter/innen zentraler Berufsbildungsinstitutionen in allen am Projekt beteiligten Ländern ein Netzwerk bildeten, um die Idee von qualifizierender Mobilität stärker ins Bewusstsein zu rücken und eine virtuelle Plattform, die dem Austausch von Informationen diente. Anhand konkreter längerfristiger Musteraustausche wurden im Rahmen des Projektes Erfahrungen gesammelt, die zur Erstellung eines „Mobility Toolkits“ führten.

The objective of Pro Mobility was to encourage qualifying mobility (= longer-term mobility stays aiming to acquire specialist competences which are recognised as integral parts of the qualification in the home country) as part of the internationalisation strategy of initial vocational education and training. Two platforms served to support the project objective: the stakeholder platform, in which representatives of central vocational training institutions in all countries participating in the project formed a network in order to raise awareness of the idea of qualifying mobility, and a virtual platform for information exchange. Within the framework of this project, experiences were collected on the basis of longer-term prototype exchanges; these experiences were used to prepare a “Mobility Toolkit”.

Infofolder zum Lehrberuf Brau- und Getränketechnik

Ziel des Projekts DYNOT war die Entwicklung eines dynamischen Onlinetools für Berufsorientierungslehrer/innen sowie Bildungs- und Berufsberater/innen. Damit können die nationalen und transnationalen formalen aber auch informellen Qualifikationsanforderungen von Unternehmen der Wirtschaft des IKT-Sektors abgerufen werden. Das dynamische Onlinetool beinhaltet Grundkompetenzen und übergreifende Kompetenzen, die für den IKT-Sektor von Relevanz sind. Aufgrund der sich permanent ändernden Qualifikationsanforderungen in der Wirtschaft, stellt ein dynamisches und flexibles Tool, in Form einer EDV-gestützten ständig aktualisierbaren Plattform, einen enormen Vorteil dar. Unternehmen haben die im Projekt erarbeiteten Anforderungskriterien ergänzt, geändert und bewertet.

The aim of the DYNOT project was to develop a dynamic online tool for career guidance officers and educational counsellors. This enables users to search for national and transnational formal and informal qualification requirements of companies from the ICT sector. The dynamic online tool covers basic and interdisciplinary competences that are relevant for the ICT sector. Due to the permanently changing qualification requirements of the economy a dynamic and flexible tool in the form of an IT-supported platform which can be continually updated represents a major advantage. The requirement criteria developed in the course of the project have been amended, modified and assessed by companies.

Ziel des Projekts war die Erarbeitung von Transparenz fördernden Grundlagen der Polierqualifikation im Bausektor, sowie die Entwicklung eines Vorschlags für die Gestaltung eines Credit Point Systems. Der Fokus lag auf einem Produkt- und Strukturvergleich der zentralen Fortbildungsordnungen der Bauhandwerke sowie auf der Entwicklung von Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten zum Aufbau eines modularen "Weiterbildungsbaukastens". Durch dieses Modulsystem können Kompetenzen für die mittlere und obere Führungsebene von kleinen und mittleren Handwerksunternehmen erworben werden.

The aim of this project was to develop transparency-promoting bases for the "construction site practical manager" qualification and a proposal for designing a credit point system. The focus was on a product and structural comparison of the central further training regulations applicable in the construction trades and on the development of design options for the creation of a modular "CET toolbox". This modular system enables candidates to acquire skills and competences for the intermediate and upper leadership level of small and medium-sized skilled crafts companies.
