    Die vorliegende ibw-Studie identifiziert Stärken und Schwächen sowie Chancen und Risiken der Lehrlingsausbildung in Salzburg (SWOT-Analyse) und leitet daraus entsprechende Handlungspotentiale und Empfehlungen ab. Diese umfassen Reformoptionen innerhalb des Systems Lehre als auch Modelle der Lehre für Erwachsene und die Höhere Berufsbildung. Die zugrundeliegenden Analysen basieren auf umfangreichem statistischen Datenmaterial, ergänzt um ExpertInneninterviews und eine Fokusgruppe mit Salzburger Unternehmen.
