Für den Beruf „Veranstaltungstechnik“ (in diesem Projekt mit „VAT“ abgekürzt) existieren in Europa uneinheitliche Ausbildungsformen und kaum wechselseitige Anerkennungen. Es zeigt sich jedoch, dass immer mehr qualifizierte Fachkräfte in der VAT am Arbeitsmarkt gefragt sind. Ziel dieses Projektes war es, mittels dem VQTS-Modell (Vocational Qualification Transfer System-Modell) das Berufsbild in der Veranstaltungstechnik für die Länder Liechtenstein, Schweiz, Deutschland und Österreich transparent zu machen. Dafür wurden in einer Kompetenzmatrix und einer Sicherheitsmatrix Lernergebnisse formuliert und versuchsweise ECVET-Punkte vergeben. Dieses Projekt hat 2013 den Lifelong Learning Award in Liechtenstein gewonnen.
In Europe there are different VET-pathways and hardly any reciprocal recognition for the profession “event technology”. However, more and more skilled workers in event technology are needed on the labour market. The aim of this project was to establish more transparency for the event technology in Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Germany and Austria by using the VQTS-model (Vocational Qualification Transfer System-model). For this purpose learning outcomes were formulated and presented structured in a competence and safety matrix. Moreover ECVET-points were on a trial basis allocated to units. This project won the Lifelong Learning Award 2013 in Liechtenstein.
