    Ziel des Projekts war die Qualitätsentwicklung und Qualitätssicherung mit Arbeitsmarktbezug für die berufliche Bildung im Metallsektor. Dieses Anliegen war von besonderer Relevanz, da der Metallsektor von der Ausweitung der "Informatisierung" besonders betroffen ist. Die Zunahme wissensintensiver und dienstleistungsorientierter Tätigkeiten führte zu veränderten Kompetenzanforderungen an die Fachkräfte. Daher wurde mittels Analyse der Ist-Situation und Beratung der Institutionen diesem Trend entgegengewirkt.

     

    The aim of this project was quality development and quality assurance with labour market relevance for vocational training in the metal industry. This issue was especially relevant as the metal industry is particularly affected by the extension of "computerisation". The increase of knowledge-intensive and service-oriented activities has led to changed competence requirements made on skilled workers. Therefore this trend was counteracted by analysing the current situation and by providing counselling for institutions.
