Welche Kompetenzen sind dadurch für Beschäftigte und Arbeitssuchende wichtig geworden? 125 Unternehmen aus fünf Clustern (Produktion, Büro / Verwaltung, Handel, Tourismus / Wellness, Bau) haben in Workshops und Interviews ihren betrieblichen Alltag reflektiert und die wichtigsten Kompetenzen für die digitale Transformation definiert. Die Ergebnisse zeigen: Neben technischen sind es vor allem menschliche (soziale, methodische, persönliche) Kompetenzen, die immer mehr an Relevanz gewinnen. Und: Führungskräften kommt dabei eine besonders wichtige Rolle zu.
