With our studies related to dual VET we supply points of reference for a modern design process for dual VET. For this purpose we develop concepts, draw up analyses and prepare the bases for decision-makers on educational policies.

    Fachkräfteradar 2018

    Der als zweiteilige Studie konzipierte „Fachkräfteradar 2018“ zeigt auf, wie es aktuell um den Fachkräftebedarf und -mangel in Österreich bestellt ist. Auf Basis sekundärstatistischer Analysen stehen in Teil 1 Schlüsselindikatoren zu Arbeitslosigkeit, Beschäftigungsentwicklung und Stellenmarkt im Fokus. Im zweiten Teil des Fachkräfteradars werden die Ergebnisse der Unternehmensbefragung zu Fachkräftebedarf und -mangel präsentiert: Eine Einschätzung der Stärke des Fachkräftebedarfs, Gründe für und Auswirkungen von Fachkräftemangel sowie eine Hochrechnung des Fachkräftebedarfs sind Hauptthemen der Studie.
